Central Michigan University seeks a tenure-track faculty member to join an energetic team for our growing programs in the Department of Educational Leadership.

Required Qualifications: Earned doctorate in educational leadership, educational research, or related field, from an accredited institution; evidence of an active and quality research and publication record; quality teaching experience at an institution of higher education; expertise in quantitative research methodology; and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Administrative experience in an educational institution or organization; successful grant writing and grant administration experience; expertise in finance, law, policy, negotiations, curriculum and instruction, charter schools, P-12 school-site or central-office administration, and/or higher education administration; experience with distance learning methodologies and technology; and experience serving on doctoral dissertation committees.
