Major Job Duties: The successful applicant will be expected to relate to students and colleagues in an effective, cooperative, and professional manner. Responsibilities include teaching higher education courses both on- and off-campus and recruiting and advising masters and doctoral students. Other responsibilities include research, publication and committee assignments.Required Education and Experience: Earned doctorate in Higher Education; Supervision, Curriculum and Instruction or related field.
Preferred Education and Experience: Two or more years of successful teaching; teaching and/or administrative experience in post-secondary education; evidence of potential for research, publication, and grant securing activities; demonstrated commitment to the use of technology in instruction; evidence of effective interaction with students, faculty, administration, and community; and active participation in professional organizations.
