Highly desirable skills include expertise with large data bases and advanced quantitative analysis (including HLM modeling). A strong disciplinary foundation in economics, finance, organizational sociology, or demography is also highly desirable. An earned doctorate in education or a related social science discipline is required. The academic rank will be contingent on the scholarly and research activity, as well as experience in securing and directing grants, teaching, mentoring graduate students, and program design.
