Neag School of Education

The Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut invites
applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the Measurement,
Evaluation, and Assessment Program at the rank of Assistant or Associate
Professor.

Responsibilities of the position include teaching courses in assessment
for pre-service teachers, classroom and standardized assessment,
advanced topics in educational assessment, and a doctoral seminar in an
area of interest. The successful candidate must also be able to teach
introductory research methods and statistics courses. Additional
responsibilities include advisement of Master's and doctoral students
and supervision of student research.

Candidates should have a background in educational assessment and a
research agenda focused around assessment or measurement issues. A
doctoral degree in a relevant area and documented experience teaching at
the university level are required. Candidates are expected to have a
record of publication in areas related to the position or demonstrate
potential for conducting publishable research.

Salary and Rank will be determined based on qualifications.
