Higher Education - Assistant or Associate Professor. Candidates should be prepared to contribute to state, national, and international study of the administration and organization of post-secondary education. Candidates should be able to work across arenas of practice in and scholarship about post-secondary education administration with attention to issues of equity, access, effectiveness, evaluation, and P-20 institutional links. Responsibilities: Develop and teach graduate courses in the organization and administration of higher education, institutional research, policy issues, and program planning. The successful candidate will also advise graduate students, conduct and publish research, and contribute to partnerships with governmental, educational, and community agencies on key post-secondary education issues. Qualifications: Earned doctorate in studies in higher education or related field and demonstrated record of scholarly research, grants, publication, and teaching. Appointment as associate professor with tenure available with appropriate qualifications.
